The Inaugural Bath Schools Cricket Festival – Thursday 26th June 2025 Lansdown Cricket Club proudly hosted the very first Bath Schools Cricket Festival on Thursday 26th June 2025 as part of the club’s 200th anniversary celebrations. The festival brought together both state and independent schools from across the city, with pupils mixing into teams to play friendly but competitive matches against other Bath-based schools. The day celebrated cricket in Bath, encouraged new friendships, and gave young players the chance to experience the game at one of the country’s oldest and most historic clubs. With fun, participation and community spirit at its heart, the festival marked the start of a new tradition – uniting schools through cricket and showcasing the next generation of players in our city.
