Lansdown slipped to their first defeat since July 2013 with a home defeat to Bishopston.
Bishopston won the toss and bowled first. Throughout wickets fell at regular intervals with displined bowling from the visitors, with Joe Jenkins (17) Tom Hankins (29) and Reece Croker (32) were the only batsman to make double figures. Tim Hancock 4-23 was the pick of the bowlers.
The Lansdown opening bowlers again started well, with ball constantly beating the bat. Wickets again began to fall at regular intervals with Josh Smith and James a Dunning taking two wickets apiece.
Bishopston were in trouble at 95-5 but Tim Hancock and Richard Acton put on a valuable 33 and despite taking two further scalps, victory was secured with 5.4 overs to spare to win by 3 wickets.
