The Management Committee will report on the Club's activities over the past year, including presenting the financial accounts of the Club.

After reviewing these documents, if you would like to raise any questions concerning the affairs of the Club, please submit them in writing or by email to myself (phobbsshoulder@me.com) by 18 February 2026 (ten days before the meeting). This will allow us time to provide a response before or during the AGM.

Membership Reminder
To ensure you are eligible to participate and vote at the AGM, your 2026 membership renewal must be completed by Friday, 27 February 2026. You can renew your membership at the Club bar or online by clicking HERE.

The Management Committee hopes that you will be able to attend the AGM and looks forward to seeing you on the night.

Please note that in accordance with the Club Constitution the following rule applies:

7.9.2 No person shall be eligible to take part in the business of the Club, vote at general meetings or be eligible for selection for any Club team unless the applicable subscription has been paid by the due date and/or membership has been agreed by the Management Committee.
