This year our AGM will be taking place on Friday 28 February 2025 at 7.00pm, at Combe Park. The Management Committee will report on the Club's activities over the past year, including presenting the financial accounts of the Club.

If you would like to raise any questions at the AGM concerning the affairs of the Club, you are respectfully asked to write or email your question to me by the 21st February - seven days before the meeting is due to take place.

Reminder: To ensure that you are eligible to participate and vote at the AGM, you must have renewed your 2025 membership status by Friday 21st February. You can do this at the club bar or online by clicking HERE.

The Management Committee hopes that you will be able to attend the AGM and looks forward to seeing you on the night.

Please note that in accordance with the Club Constitution the following rule applies:
