Lansdown’s very own Ella Worthington, Head of Women’s and Girls’ Cricket at the club, scored a superb century on Sunday, 14th December.
Playing for Edinburgh Women’s 1st XI against Point Cook Centrals Women’s 1st XI at Featherbrook Oval in Australia, Ella smashed 110 runs from just 107 balls – an outstanding achievement.
Ella is spending the winter in Australia, both playing and coaching, before returning in April 2026. On her return, she will continue her exceptional work at Lansdown and lead the club’s State Schools Coaching Project, which enters its third successful year.
Congratulations, Ella – we’re proud of you!
