Some of you may be aware that were soon to be losing the amazing Shelley from our hospitality team at Combe Park. It's a tough one as Shelley has been a superstar for us at Combe Park for many years. This summer, through some difficult months, Shelley held the place together with absolute commitment to the club and masses and masses of hard work. She's been a constant friendly face to welcome the thousands of guests we get each year and we certainly could not have achieved much of what we have without her.

It's not all bad though! This Friday evening 10th November we'll be having a 'Thank you and good luck' bash for Shelley at the club. We've booked a brilliant live band for the evening 'Cut the Mustard' - who will be running a 'band-e-oke' for the night (like Karaoke but with real musicians and a bit of help from a decent singer. Fear not, Shelley has been allocated just one song per hour for the evening ...

Losing Shelley is a real blow for the club, but 'Thanks Shel!" - we wish you every success in her new job.
