With over 20 years mortgage experience between them, Andrew Pratt and Robert Wilson deliver a mortgage service that is not only professional, but 100% friendly. Great customer service is at the heart of everything we do and we feel we are the top dogs in our sector. OK, so we may have gone a bit overboard with the dog puns, but the team at the Top Dog Mortgage Company are 100% human and have the qualities that make us stand out in a world of online bots and call centres.
The type of clients we work with vary, but our personal approach to finding the best and most appropriate mortgages for their needs is specialised. We take great pride in helping clients achieve their property dreams and, as a lot of the paperwork can be done by phone, email and post, there are no geographical restrictions to where the people we work with are based. We are proud to be based in the centre of Bath but have successfully helped clients from all over the country.

Sport England, funded by the National Lottery have given us £3300, to support LCC's growing schools cricket programme.
This funding has enabled the club to deliver free cricket coaching to four Bath state schools - Oldfield School, Oldfield Junior, Newbridge, and Weston All Saints - throughout the summer term. Sessions have taken place both during curriculum time and after school, led by qualified coaches, with some fixtures and training hosted at Lansdown’s own ground, offered free of charge.
