With our recently refurbished bar and spacious clubhouse, we have the perfect venue for all types of events. You'll find below a basic 'menu' of what we can offer (with pricing) but we are flexible and can create bespoke packages for you on request. We will provide all staffing and have multiple catering options.

As LCC is a members’ club where cricket is played 7 days a week in the Summer, it may not be possible to book full and exclusive use of the venue.

Lansdown Cricket Club members get a 50% reduction on hire fees.

Weekend Party Hire

With our newly refurbished bar, inside and outside seating and spacious clubhouse, LCC is the perfect space for your party - and dancing the night away! During the summer, the clubhouse is available for hire from 6pm on weeknights and 7.30pm on the weekends (as cricket finishes) to 11pm. From October-March, we can be more flexible with timings. Our internal capacity is 100 guests.

Party Hire Fee £170 (Deposit to be paid to secure the booking of £85)

We can also provide a bespoke food option for you and your party, organised in advance.

Boules Court hire

Our all-new Boules Court (or Petanque Piste to give it its proper name!) is available to hire. You can organise a group of pals or set up your own competition and use our league standard Piste.

Boules Court Hire: £15 per hour.

Catering

With our full commercial kitchen and BBQ , we can provide a multitude of hot and cold food options for your event. Please do get in touch to discuss options. Here are some of the basic prices:

BBQ: Beef or Vegetarian Burger or Hot Dog, with Fries and homemade Coleslaw - £9.50 per head

Cold Buffet (minimum 30 people): From £10.50-£13.50 per head - dependant on menu choices
