Following an injury to Angus Finney early in the Lansdown innings and the need to call an ambulance it was decided to abandon the 40 over match and replace it with a shortened 20 over version.
Bear Flat won the toss and decided to bat.
After a strong start with the bat the Lansdown bowlers turned things around and managed to keep the opposition down to 137 for 6.
The batting response to the target of 138 was good and it came down to the wire - Lansdown requiring 8 runs off the last over. Unfortunately based on a tidy last over from the Bear Flat bowler Lansdown ended up on 132 for 4.
