This year our AGM will be taking place on Thursday 22 February 2024 at 7.30pm, at Combe Park. The Management Committee will report on the Club's activities over the past year, including presenting the financial accounts of the Club.

Draft Club Constitution for approva

The 2023 Club Accounts are currently being finalised so aren’t quite ready for circulation. We will send them through separately in due course, with enough time for you to read and question before the meeting.

At this year’s meeting a revised Club Constitution will be presented for approval. The intention of the revised constitution is to simplify and strengthen the governance requirements of the club whilst allowing full accountability, shared responsibility and broad base management. Further detail will be presented at the AGM. If you would like more specific information in advance, please let me know.

If you would like to raise any questions at the AGM concerning the affairs of the Club, you are respectfully asked to write or email your question to me by the 15th February - seven days before the meeting is due to take place.

Reminder: To ensure that you are eligible to participate and vote at the AGM, you must have renewed your 2024 membership status by Thursday 15th February. You can do this at the club bar or online by clicking HERE.

7.9.2 No person shall be eligible to take part in the business of the Club, vote at general meetings or be eligible for selection for any Club team unless the applicable subscription has been paid by the due date and/or membership has been agreed by the Management Committee.
