2024 Membership Subscriptions Are Now Due

Lansdown Cricket Club has an increasingly thriving community of great friends enjoying a superb social club and top-grade cricket through the Summer. 2023 saw another growth in our membership base and thank you to all of you who joined and participated through the year.

As always, we need all of our members to remain engaged and renew your subscriptions in a timely manner.

To tidy our membership database, we will be re-setting the database from 1st February. As part of this, all members will receive new Membership Cards and have a new Membership Number. From February 1st, your existing Club Cards will cease to be valid. All Card balances will be transferred to your new account and card. For those who have an account balance on their cards, but have not yet renewed your subscription, you will be allocated a new Card and account however your drinks discount will not be activated until payment is made.

The Club has been busier than ever in 2023, and we want to continue to offer free entertainment throughout the year (Music Festival, Family days, regular Music and entertainment) but as many will know, the club has faced some tough times and significant financial headwinds through the year. We have had some extra-ordinary costs in the year and, like all other businesses of our type, we've seen significant cost increases in all areas.

As a result, we have had to increase membership costs, our first membership increase since 2019.

Here are the 2024 membership Fees:

· Senior Men’s Playing Membership: £155
· U19s / student Playing Membership: £110
· Women’s Cricket Membership: £50
· Walking Cricket Playing Membership: £40
· Social Membership Under 65s: £50 (+£10 add Spouse / Partner)
· Social Membership Over 65s: £40 (+£10 add Spouse / Partner)
· Associate Membership (affiliated sports clubs and RUH Staff): £15

For families of multiple Junior and senior members, a £20 discount will be applied for each subsequent family member. Please apply directly for this option.

Membership Benefits

In line with the need to cover vastly increasing costs, we will be implementing new drinks pricing From February 1st. However, to help offset these increases for members, all paid members will receive an increase in drinks discount to 15%. We remain committed to our community and membership base.
